Mains of Taymouth Country Estate is a private 120 acre estate situated in magnificent Highland Perthshire amidst Scotlands finest scenery.

We offer a selection of luxury holiday cottages from delux one bedroom house designed for the discerning couple to expansive five bedroom all ensuite with hot tub and sauna.

Mains of Taymouth is surrounded with lovely walks and we have our own Kenmore Golf Course "Perthshires finest 9 holes" on your door step. We also have our own Mains of Taymouth Stables who are open all year round offering your super 30 min to 2 hour treks in stunning scenery by forest or riverside tracks.

The award winning Courtyard Restaurant and Delicatessen is just down the lane and is a lovely place to relax and socialise. River Tay and Loch Tay are adjacent and the fishing for trout or salmon is superb. There is a lovely sandy bay in the village and you can hire boats for the local boat yard.

Kenmore is centrally situated for touring the whole of scotland but you will not need to travel far to discover the best Scotland has to offer.

All cottages include:
Linen and towels, complimentary Highland Aromatic products, electricity, logs for the fire (if applicable), full central heating, multi-channel TV system, CD/DVD player, cot, high chair, stairgates and are all immaculately presented and excellently equipped, Wi-fi enabled to all our Mains of Taymouth cottages (except The Gallops), Bruadair houses and Inchadney, The White House and Schiehallion at Castle Gardens.

"Perthsires Finest 9 Holes " on your doorstep. Kenmore Golf Course is a lovely test of golf and always in first class condition. Parkland course, great for beginners but challenging for those experienced.  

  Bell Tower has a spa bathroom with sauna room, it is the perfect retreat for the discerning couple. Wether for your honeymoon, special occassion or just a quick escape Bell Tower offers a unique experience.

Loch Tayside is perhaps the lovliest part of Scotland to visit and stay with so much to do and see.

Mains of Taymouth riding stables have a nice selection of horses and the surrounding countryside is perfect for treking and hacking.
